Refund and Reprint Policy for Direct to Film Product

Refund Policy:

    • We strive to provide high-quality direct to film products to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund & reprint under the following conditions:
      • Refund & Reprint requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
      • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price minus any shipping fees.
    • To request a refund & reprint, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. Refunds will be processed within [7 - 10 business days upon confirmation from our customer service team.

Reprint Policy:

    • We understand that errors may occur during the direct to film production process. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we offer a reprint option under the following conditions:
      • Reprint requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
      • The request must include detailed information about the issue, including photographic evidence if applicable.
      • Reprints will be provided at no additional cost to the customer.
      • If the error is determined to be on our part, we will expedite the reprint process to minimize any inconvenience.
    • To request a refund & reprint, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement product.
